BDPL Scorecard Quick Reference Guide

Note: This is a quick reference guide only. It does not replace the official BDPL League Regulations. In any dispute, the official regulations apply. For questions, contact your divisional representative via your divisional WhatsApp group.


Match Format

The league uses a 4-2-4 format:

Last S5, S6, S7, S8 Singles

Player Requirements

Players Result
6-12 players Full match, no forfeits
5 players Start 2-0 down (forfeit P2 and S6)
Fewer than 5 Cannot fulfil fixture

Frame limits per player: No player may participate in more than two frames per match. This means either two singles OR one singles and one doubles.

20:25 Away team signed in (minimum 5 players)

Late Penalties

Not ready by 20:45 Forfeit S1 and S2 + £10 fine
Not ready by 21:00 Forfeit entire match (10-0) + £10 fine

If a player wants break and dish or reverse dish tracked, mark the Win column with:

B Break and dish (broke and cleared the table)
R Reverse dish (opponent broke, you cleared the table)

If your team has only 5 players:


End of Match

Captain Signatures

Both captains must sign the scorecard at the end of the match. By signing, captains confirm:

Important: Signing waives the right to dispute the match result later (except for conduct issues).

Final Score

Write the total frames won by each team in the Final Score boxes at the bottom.


Submitting the Result
